During the warranty period, parts are covered by the manufacturer assuming correct environment and temperature, however, if you want absolute peace of mind Constant Power Services can give your unit an Essential check during the running in period.

The Ultimate Package

 

For complete peace of mind where you simply can not afford any downtime or disruption to your data centre or server room. Constant Power Services will be on hand to assist you. With a guaranteed 4 hour response time and technicians with fully stocked spares kit, we ensure a 95% repair rate to protect your critical load.

 

The Professional Package

 

The Professional Package would be ideally suited, but not exclusive, to a facilities management company or customer that may have multiple sites. Having this service contract with Constant Power Services means that we can take the pain out of planning your repairs and schedules, with our 24-hour response, keeping your downtime to a minimum.

 

The Premium Package

 

The Premium Package is well suited to cover the requirement for a service agreement to be in place when a contract or project is being handed over. Spares kits are available and brought to the site to enable first time fix and reduce costs as no return visit required. Only the spares used will be chargeable.

 

The Essential Package

 

This package is essential to those who have a UPS less than 12 months old and within the warranty period. Offering 1 service visit at 11 months, Constant Power Services technicians can check the service log and system data to see if it is running correctly and provide you with a report detailing their findings.

This is a high quality versatile UPS but the documentation and supplied software is not good enough for inexperienced users. My application, providing safe shutdown of the office PC in the event of mains power interruptions, took several days of experimentation to configure and the manual omits much key information.

Absolutely amazing company , providing the top end of customer service! We work at a critical healthcare establishment, and had an urgent issue with our UPS. We contacted CPS and their engineer calmly talked us through the issue. He was currently stationed in Glasgow, and to give us confidence, he was willing to travel all the way to Liverpool to solve the issue and carry out the physical switching. The engineer arrived within 4 hours and presented himself with impeccable customer service skills. Once he attended the issue, he calmly resolved the issue , and the system was back online without any interruption.
